True Brotherhood

The Tribal Order of AKAN believes in real connections. We’re creating a brotherhood that’s authentic. Unfortunately, men often join fraternities just to get ahead personally. They don’t develop friendships within the organization. They’re only interested in advancing themselves, even if it means ignoring the true spirit of brotherhood. The Tribal Order of AKAN weeds out these types by asking for a commitment of time and service before they can join. We believe you get what you give. Our member experience is filled with social activities, retreats, Tribal dinners, and festivals. We only accept men who can participate in person and limit membership to the Mid-Atlantic region. This way, our members can have a more meaningful time together.
